Hi, Welcome to Pilates Works.

Pilates can assist in all fields of activity, sport, work and personal health.

Long forgotten muscles will be remembered.

A supple and strong body is a young body, a stiff and weak body is an old body - age is irrelevant.

Unfortunately the main studio in Shad Thames is now closed pending relocation. However, in the interim, we are currently providing limited classes for mat, shared equipment and one to one on an appointment basis.
